Price per person: the price of the selected service. Availability will depend on the selected date and time and number of people.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

·  To guarantee your scheduled appointment, the whole amount of the services should be paid minimum 15 days in advance. Before booking it is necessary to check availability of desired date and time.
·  The amount paid will not be returned to you if you fail to cancel your appointment with less than 5 working days notice for whatever reason.This will result in a 100% charge of all scheduled appointments and we will not return the money.
·  Please contact us as soon as you know you no longer require your scheduled appointment or part of your booked services for a party. If you fail to cancel with less than 5 working days for whatever reason, we will only refund 75% of the paid amount.
·  Since the services are booked with an appointment, if the client arrives late for whatever reason, we will not make up for the time lost by this delay.
·  Extra services will be done according to availability.
·  Payment method: in person, cash, credit card or bank transfer


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is it possible to get a discount if we are a group of X people?
Our services have a cost in accordance with the maximum quality of the products used, the exclusivity of our space, our stylists’ professionalism and experience, therefore we cannot make a discount. Nevertheless, for the same price, you will be able to enjoy the cava open bar and a reserved space with your friends. Not too bad, right?

Is it possible to extend the services we have booked once there?
The possibility of extending the services previously booked depends on the availability of the team and the salon’s professionals, so we cannot guarantee it. The best option is to book everything in advance so in that way we can organize ourselves better.

Is there a limit of participants when forming a group?
There is a limit of maximum 15 people for the Beauty Party.

Is it possible to add catering to the selection?
It is not possible to add catering, especially because it is not comfortable eating when you are getting your beauty services, neither for the client nor the stylist. We recommend you focus on enjoying yourself, making yourself beautiful, letting yourself be indulged, and thinking about dinner with friends once you look amazing.

Can I hire a photographer?
Yes. We understand you want to immortalise the moment, so we offer the possibility of hiring a professional photographer for 200€, which includes 10 retouched photos so that they are perfect.

It must be noted that it is forbidden to take and publish your own photos (not taken by the official photographer), which show our specialists from Vanitas Espai working, neither in the space where you’re celebrating the Beauty Party nor outside it. Our specialists are doing their work and they have the right to respect and preserve their intimacy and privacy
