Russian manicure is special and different to other techniques. In this case, we refer to a method that treats cuticles in a special way. In order to accomplish this kind of manicure, an electronic file is used with very fine bits, in this way the result is much more polished without having to cut cuticles. In this manicure, Vinylux nail polish is included as well as a hand express massage. It’s a technique which requires a lot of precision, therefore, it must be done by aesthetic specialists like the ones you will find at Vanitas Espai.

VINYLUX DRY MANICURE WITH DISPOSABLE NAIL FILES

Dry manicure with disposable nail files is a complete manicure that does not require soaking your fingers in water or cutting cuticles. Even though it is performed without water, it is a complete manicure. Apart from being very hygienic, it’s ideal for clients who wish for a polished manicure without the use of a lathe or pliers, or cutting cuticles (sometimes the cuticles are too delicate and there is no need to cut them). With this technique the cuticles are cleaned and the edge of the nails are polished with disposable nail files, which guarantees a Vinylux nail polish with a perfect finish. This technique is very popular in the USA and in Russia and now you can find it in Barcelona at Vanitas Espai!

SPA VINYLUX MANICURE

How do you know if you need a Spa Manicure? You will realize that you need one when you notice your hands start to show signs of aging: sunspots, fine wrinkle lines, lack of moisture or dryness. Hands are one of the most delicate and visible aspects of our bodies. We offer the rejuvenating Spa Manicure, which includes cuticles treatment, exfoliation of dead skin cells, a deep mask and a pleasant massage as well as trimming, shaping and polishing nails. We use Vinylux nail polish.

EXPRESS SHELLAC MANICURE

If you want to shape your nails without touching your cuticles, Shellac Express Manicure could be the solution although we always recommend the Complete Shellac Manicure to guarantee the semi-permanent nail polish durability. If you don’t remove the skin around the nails there is a possibility of the Shellac polish not resisting chipping longer.

COMPLETE SHELLAC MANICURE

Shellac is an innovating long durability polish, which is cured in just 2 minutes and leaves our nails impeccably shiny up to 3 weeks. The traditional previous manicure is included in this treatment: filing the nails to shape them, treating the cuticles and the final Shellac polish with a colour of your choice. Shellac has a wide variety of colours, which can be combined to offer personalized and original tones.

The Spa Manicure includes cuticles treatment, dead skin exfoliation, a deep mask and a pleasant massage as well as trimming, shaping and polishing nails. We use the semi-permanent shellac polish at the end of the Spa Manicure, guaranteeing perfect nails up to 15 days.

MALE MANICURE

This is a special treatment for hand care, also for men: shaping nails, cuticles treatment, massage and polishing. 45 minutes of relax for smoother, moisturized and beautiful hands, as well as perfect nails. We recommend a weekly treatment session, as that is the durability of the manicure.

MALE DRY MANICURE WITH DISPOSABLE NAIL FILES

This is a dry manicure for men where we use disposable nail files. We use the same steps as in the Russian manicure without the polish finish off. If you wish to do a male Russian pedicure and apply polish, we recommend the Vinylux Russian pedicure. It’s ideal if you want to keep your cuticles more polished for longer. As you don’t cut your cuticles, they take longer to grow.

REMOVING SEMI-PERMANENT NAIL POLISH

If you haven’t done your Shellac Manicure in our salon, we charge 8€ to remove the semi-permanent polish. If the polish is from a manicure done at our salon, this service is free of charge.
